News from a solemn preachers boy with no idea what he is doing.
So i promissed a post.
Well today was Lanny Day..
A day our family celebrates each year as an anniversary of when Lanny came to our house for the first time in all his smiling glory.
5 years ago a social worker brought this cheerful lovely boy into our house for a few hours.
Sure he cried a bit... but got warmed up quickly.
Multiple visits insued.
He gradually became accustomed to our strange family as we fell in love with him.
After a while he started learning his first words thanks to our house.
And you guessed it. This is no joke. his first word was SCORES!!! thanks to us and the canucks.
One night as he was over. back when CBC was actually provided without paying.
Hockey night in canada.. the good old days. Canucks VS. Flames... Nazzy streaks in on the side and shoots...
Lanny throws his hands in the air(he is 1 and a half)
And yells SCORES!! at the top of his lungs.
Before this all he had said was the usuall baby talk.. maybe mom or something but this was SPECTACULAR!
He would not drop that word for the rest of the night. haha
If you're wondering.. the canucks won 4-3 thanks to nazzy. I still remember.
Ah yes. Lanny has brought life to our family.
(and death haha... of ear drums)
I can't say i haven't smacked him around a bit for being soo WOW!! annoying.
But i loves him with all my heart. And wouldn't give him up for the world.
I would lay my life down for him.
Anyways lanny day consist of presents and lanny getting to do whatever he wants.
Pretty special for a 6 year old.
All i got to do with him today was.. they picked me up from work and we went to dairy queen.
Got some treats.
Then came home and lanny gave me a backrub(hahahaha) which turned into a tickle fest. Which turned into a laugh fest. t'was great. i didn't really pay any attention to Survivor man that was playing. Well.. i got to see how the rabbit was skinned but that's about it hahahaha.
Andrew called on Skype tonight. sounds pretty good. You can talk to him if you'd like through something hahaha. He is the bestis brother. other than Lanny, and my other five brothers.:)
Work today was boring. I don't know if i should quit or not for Guatamala and Haiti...
It's not exactly the summer Job i am wanting.
Sooo. School.
I don't know what the heck i am doing.
I SUCK at english( i may have a better vocabulary than some but vocabulary is only for persuasion, emphisis, and getting your point across) and hate it with a passion... almost as much as i hate the devil.
I have mixed emotions of Math.
Sciences I LOVE all kinds of them. Obviously why i am majoring in them.
But i just finished my Consumer Math.. so now my mom moved me on to some Geomotry which is going to be SOO easy.
I just found out that next year i have to do Algebra 2 Saxon style Which i am thuroughly crapped in the pants about.
Hhh. Sorry if i haven't been myslef of late. if it seemed like it.
I was telling matt how much i hate how there is such a barrier between our spiritual lives and our emotional lives (if you catch my drift)
I Have been soo filled witht he holy spirit lately, and just want to shout it out to everybody.
But i have been suffering with my friendships.
And i don't want to.
I don't know if God is putting these doubts in my mind.or what.
I love all my friends dearly. I may not trust them once in a while but that doesn't stop me from loving them.

Wednesday-thursday night.
SO wednesday...
School lots of it.
I also watched Survivor Man, and planet earth.. 3 episodes in one sitting. yay!
My day also consisted of me convincing lanny to pull his first tooth out.. yay! i am soo persuasive.
At 4:30 ish Behn picked me up.. we went roller hockeying.. we need all you lazy people to buy inlines soo you can play with us.. cuz 2 is boring.
Then we rushed off to youth...
Played some crazy games...
Had some crazy bible study, i am excited for the next coming weeks!
Today i did school. went to work. came home from work in pretty much minus 54608731987 degrees
And now i am here.
God has made me Very happy in the past couple days in the strangest of ways, what can i say.

SKIN HEADS (haha)
Heres some snippits about these strange people that odly enough kinda look like me. :)
Skinheads, named for their close-cropped or shaven heads, are a working class-subculture that originated in the United Kingdom in the late 1960s, and then spread to other parts of the world. The first skinheads were greatly influenced by West Indian (specifically Jamacian) Rude boys and British moods, in terms of fashion, music and lifestyle. Originally, the skinhead subculture was primarily based on those elements, not politics or race. Since then, however, attitudes toward race and politics have become factors in which skinheads align themselves. The political spectrum within the skinhead scene ranges from the far right to the far left, although many skinheads are apolitical. Lets see.
Soo i had a wonderful easter no complaints.
On Sunday we had a packed house for lunch 14 people i believe. Lots of wondrous food.
Then I went with my Grandparents back to kelowna and stayed for 2 days with my cousins.
Basically the two days consisted of Snow outside falling down and hail.
Ping Pong, Guitar Hero (Wii style) and Seinfeld yay!
Had to leave at 6 this morning to get back because my uncle is a dental salesman and has to be in kamloops at 8:30 every tuesday.
It took us only like 1:40 so get home because my uncle is a crazy driver. haha
My cousin came with us and stayed until his dad was done. we played some hockey with lanny. some more guitar hero. some killzone. yay!
Well. All is well. All is Great actually.
Spring Break is mostly over. and We are all back into routine.

Well.. Value Village and Edward
Soo the hike yesterday was INSANE!
I decided to take a tumble down a very large embankment... welll i was running down a hill tripped and tumbled on rocks and cacti and finally came to a stop. ouch i am in pain now!
Today i woke up at 10:30... did some school and went to value village in the afternoon where i hit the jackpot which i haven't done in a while... 2 pants 1 shorts 2 shirts... for a price that shames value village.. has anyone noticed how expensive they are getting nowdays... sheesh.
went to the library, paid my late fees from a year ago ahha.. and got out a movie... not just any movie... probly the greatest movie of all time...
EDWARD SCISSORHANDS!
i have seen it already but it's one of those movies you can watch a couple times over again... soo good... i highly recommend it.

A somewhat above normal saturday.
Soo got up at 10 today... that's like... half the day gone for me.
Took a shower, read the paper... no breakfast.
Went with my mom and liz grocery shopping. I walked over to sport mart and winners for some looking. Bought a new shirt at winners it's pretty good.
Then i went back to superstore where i was supposed to be back at 12:15 but was late and my mom had left to go to winners to look for me... i waited until she came back to superstore... where me, liz and her had a comically heated discussion about why i was late and that they had been "looking everywhere" for me. wow.
Got home... had a turkey sandwich... some chips.
Then i cleaned 2 bathrooms shiny... top to bottom while listening to Boys like Girls... who i am in love with right now.
Today i am in such a good singing mood, i have been belting all the songs i have listened to...
(Rihanna - Please don't stop the music. haha.. w.e. it was on the radio... Buckcherry - Sorry... also in love with this song...learned it on guitar... but the band is terrible... and all the Boys like Girls songs)
Tonight... are family is having some international students over from tru for supper... the start of my dads new job... i think this will be happening alot more over the next couple months.
My mom said we couldn't go to the movie tonight because they are over and we have to meet them... but w.e. maybe next time

Friday
Well since my last post i have been pretty busy/bored i don't know how that works but ok.
Wednesday... can't remember what i did other than a painful bible study.
Thursday i worked 1:30-6:30 which was horendous.
Today we had our worldviews class... which was basically just review.. but good... i think i like my Dad teaching it.
Tennis was um... boring... course this is the third time i have done this exact same course and he teaches us the same things every time... last two times we've had tournaments and i won both of them... winning a free membership there... but never used either of them once... because he said he would mail the passes to us and never did both times... meh... i would rather play outside...
Tonight we may have floor hockey outside... and may play some rock band and watch JACKIE CHAN after that... shoulkd be exciting... but the hockey will be interesting again... seems like no one works as hard when it's outside... and it's best when everyone is working there hardest cuz it's actually a challenge that way. No i am not bragging i am just saying once in a while i need a challenge :D

MonTues day
Soo last two days have turned for the better i guess.
Monday was usually as i said it would be... work was boring as i knew it would be...
but i got up at like 9:30 after sleeping through my alarm which is terrible because i didn't get school started until 10:30 which always gets me in a bad mood (not the school... starting it late)
When i can actually have the willpower to get up at 7:26 when my alarm gos off... i get in a good mood.
Today i did get up on time... but was uber tired seing as i could not get to bed until 12:30 which doesn't usually work when i get up at 7:26 but apperantly it worked this time seing as i am not dead or anything. 6 hours and 56 minutes of sleep... holy wow (hehe)
Anyways i don't know the reason for not getting to sleep but i did play some guitar till 12... and then i went on the computer and finished a work test that my overlords had been itching me to do for a couple weeks now... many a torure did i indure... but inevitably i gave in and learned something... DOOM!!!!
Anyways, after terrible sleep... i got some school done for once... and then had a Dentist checkup...
A reschedule seing as last week when i went in they said bad things about me... :(
well... today i went in expecting well.... um... really for it not to be painful... :) but that's where a needle and a drill comes in...
I thought they would just rub some creemy stuff on my gums and gush some gushy stuff into a crack in my second to back left mollar... but Nooooo....
It went like this....

anyways it went like this...

Anyways it went like this....
the dentist rubbed some red gushy stuff on my gums... jammed a needle in... wiggled it around for about an hour.... which hurt like junk by the way...
Then he told me to sit tight for a few minutes... SIT TIGHT!!... what other tricks are you going to pull out of your bag of sharp pokeys... needles... and things that look dangerous...
anyways after sitting for about five minutes... and the numbing doing absolutly nothing...
i indured some drilling in my mollar that happened while i was completly un numbed...
And me being the stubborn...(some times)... tough guy (rarely ever :)more humble than you)
I proceded by not telling the dentist i was in a conciderable amount of pain and needed more numbing... welll...
After the drilling into my bones...
He proceeded by shoving some purple goo into the hole he had drilled into... now more drilling ...
and finally a white cap on the top with a bow... ..... .... and some polishing the bow...
Meanwhile through all of this... an orthodontist is obsurving from the side with a watery tube in my mouth and she is saying "oh that is interesting" "ouch!!" "Oh i would never go into public with teeth like that" (k kidding on the last one but... i thought she was annoying and i didn't trust her with the water hose... she wasn't my normal ortho... i like my normal..)
ANYWAYS.... so i got this little brush to clean behind my teath where it's hard to get with the tooth brush OR floss....
Went home... had some grilled cheese and tomato soup (sooooo good)
did the last of my school
Headed off to work with my sis... the first time we've had a shift that starts and ends at the same time together in probly a month...
the shift was ok.... better than normal...
Rented the movie 007 Goldeneye on the way home with some dill pickle chips... yummey
and sat through an hour and 45 minutes of the worst 90's action film i have ever seen...
Pierce brosnan is one of the smoothest ladies man ever... but that doesn't justify what he does...
And here i am posted to you a farely wierd post...
Tommorow should be a good resting day... school....
I will go to the gym... maybe visit Tim at work and embaress him in front of his co-workers like good buddies do... :D
Come home... and go to youth where i will talk, maybe run, listen, and learn about the fruits of the spirit... which i will pay attention to... should be a good day.
Oh and by the way all you friday morning-ers ... i will bring my A game to tennis soo you better be prepared...

Monday was usually as i said it would be... work was boring as i knew it would be...
but i got up at like 9:30 after sleeping through my alarm which is terrible because i didn't get school started until 10:30 which always gets me in a bad mood (not the school... starting it late)
When i can actually have the willpower to get up at 7:26 when my alarm gos off... i get in a good mood.
Today i did get up on time... but was uber tired seing as i could not get to bed until 12:30 which doesn't usually work when i get up at 7:26 but apperantly it worked this time seing as i am not dead or anything. 6 hours and 56 minutes of sleep... holy wow (hehe)
Anyways i don't know the reason for not getting to sleep but i did play some guitar till 12... and then i went on the computer and finished a work test that my overlords had been itching me to do for a couple weeks now... many a torure did i indure... but inevitably i gave in and learned something... DOOM!!!!
Anyways, after terrible sleep... i got some school done for once... and then had a Dentist checkup...
A reschedule seing as last week when i went in they said bad things about me... :(
well... today i went in expecting well.... um... really for it not to be painful... :) but that's where a needle and a drill comes in...
I thought they would just rub some creemy stuff on my gums and gush some gushy stuff into a crack in my second to back left mollar... but Nooooo....
It went like this....

anyways it went like this...

Anyways it went like this....
the dentist rubbed some red gushy stuff on my gums... jammed a needle in... wiggled it around for about an hour.... which hurt like junk by the way...
Then he told me to sit tight for a few minutes... SIT TIGHT!!... what other tricks are you going to pull out of your bag of sharp pokeys... needles... and things that look dangerous...
anyways after sitting for about five minutes... and the numbing doing absolutly nothing...
i indured some drilling in my mollar that happened while i was completly un numbed...
And me being the stubborn...(some times)... tough guy (rarely ever :)more humble than you)
I proceded by not telling the dentist i was in a conciderable amount of pain and needed more numbing... welll...
After the drilling into my bones...
He proceeded by shoving some purple goo into the hole he had drilled into... now more drilling ...
and finally a white cap on the top with a bow... ..... .... and some polishing the bow...
Meanwhile through all of this... an orthodontist is obsurving from the side with a watery tube in my mouth and she is saying "oh that is interesting" "ouch!!" "Oh i would never go into public with teeth like that" (k kidding on the last one but... i thought she was annoying and i didn't trust her with the water hose... she wasn't my normal ortho... i like my normal..)
ANYWAYS.... so i got this little brush to clean behind my teath where it's hard to get with the tooth brush OR floss....
Went home... had some grilled cheese and tomato soup (sooooo good)
did the last of my school
Headed off to work with my sis... the first time we've had a shift that starts and ends at the same time together in probly a month...
the shift was ok.... better than normal...
Rented the movie 007 Goldeneye on the way home with some dill pickle chips... yummey
and sat through an hour and 45 minutes of the worst 90's action film i have ever seen...
Pierce brosnan is one of the smoothest ladies man ever... but that doesn't justify what he does...
And here i am posted to you a farely wierd post...
Tommorow should be a good resting day... school....
I will go to the gym... maybe visit Tim at work and embaress him in front of his co-workers like good buddies do... :D
Come home... and go to youth where i will talk, maybe run, listen, and learn about the fruits of the spirit... which i will pay attention to... should be a good day.
Oh and by the way all you friday morning-ers ... i will bring my A game to tennis soo you better be prepared...

End of week 9 of the year...
Well this week was quite good.
Floor hockey went wonderfully good.
Saturday was even more wonderful.
Today was alright. Church, potatoe lunch, some street hockey... some work meeting... meh
This week is looking like this
Monday: school, work 2-7... nothing
Tuesday:school, work 2-7... nothing that i planned
Wednesday: the yoosh... bible study i guess
Thursday: school, work 1:30-6:30...
wow... well this week is going to be lame soo i won't even finish
I put new sheets on my bed... exciting... but my neck will still kill me like usual when i sleep
Well since i hate the internet right now... i will stop meandering
If you were truly my friend and cared about me you would comment and cheer me up.
... since we decided to stay in Kamloops i have been quite confused about my feelings. Near the end I was actually excited about change, out of Kamloops and stuff.
But now it's just like... grrr why do i work, why am i in school, why am i here.
I would give anything for a missions trip RIGHT NOW... not in april not in july.. now..
Hhh... seems like i have just been losing soo much energy in the past little while i am not the hyper fun guy i used to be... i am now boring... in fact all teenagers are boring... we think too much... why can't we just be 4 year olds for once. Holy crap we suck.

Friday
Well got up at 8... had breaky, read the paper...
got my hair cut into ridiculous styles.... laughed a bit...
Went to Food Bank (south shore as most of you know)
It was kinda lame...
But i did get the disgusted reaction i wanted for my hair... now it is all gone...
Tonight FLOOR HOCKEY... highlight of my week... stupid matt.... behn... lazy bums.. even if you are in europe you could always fly back for every friday night... and bhen disgust's me even more.... just you think you can actually become a leader doesn't mean you have to go to a leadership conferance.

Thursday
Well... this morning got up at 7:26 exactly... went upstairs did my morning stuff... No shower today though... for some reason i think my head is allergic to H2O... everytime i have taken a shower in the past month sometimes wash hair sometimes not.. but i get out and my whole head is ichy and right along my hair line by my face is red and splotchy and hurts...
DO NOT be surprised if the next time you see me is farely closed to balled.. (that's means you too friday morning'ers)
Well... i haven't read the paper this morning because it didn't come... disapointing...
I have done all my chores for the day and all my school... pretty good day soo far...
Soon i will be off to work at 1:30-6:? which shouldn't be too horrible.
Last nights youth was farely good... gargon was good... the video was farely good ...
I thought he had some good stuff to say
especially how we need to have a "friend to friend" relationship with God and not "follow a religion...
God is like our Brother, our BFF, and our Parent all in one... that's just an amazing fact...
I think EVERYONE needs to work on that especially me...
I say we should skip church and go to the park with God! that would be amazing.
So about shaving my head...
I asked everyone last time i did it, if i should or shouldn't shave it... and everyone gave me lame answers

Long time... but i guess people actually care about me.
Soo... over the past few days i have...

The Sunday service was amazing... the hike was almost amazing... besides my shins being cut off
Sunday night was pretty good... the movie was AMAZING (yes in capitals)
Moday... i got up had a dentist appointment... that did not go well... if you want details you will have to ask me
Worked 12:30-7 which went by quite quickly... Behn picked me up from work and i was like what the heck
i asked him if he knew the password because we aren't aloud to ride with strangers unless theyhave the password... he didn't know it soo i walked home... (jk)
went with behn...
rebekah met us at our house Alexandra did not (quite disapointing) but rebekah i guess was ok (hahaha...)
Anyways we played some Dutch Blitz... and some Phase ten... and behn SUCKED at both... and i mean SUCKED... i don't know if he wasn't trying but he got last both times by a far shot...
But behn if you read my blog... just know that we all love you no matter how bad you were acting and playing it up at how bad you sucked and didn't want to play. love ya
Anyways soo... on monday at work.. a little 5 year old girl said i looked like ANNIE besause of my curly hair well... i didn't know wether or not to take it as a compliment or not hahah...
soo if you would all please not call me annie it would be great :D hahaha
Alright soo today
got some school done... went to work again 12:30-7 wow... but this one was ok again... lots of rearranging in the store for all the spring products... had some chinese food for supper... Fried rice,sesame chicken, and sweet and sour pork yum yums
Got home had some supper and here i am.
Soo we all said goodbye to Matt lefebvre on sunday... what a sad day, a day of morning... even if he never came out of his bedroom unless to get food, go to pauls, or go to floor hockey, he was a great man and will be missed.
Soo... over the past little while i have been sad about the possibility of moving... well rejoice my friends for it looks like the Gedderts might be staying in Kamloops
I am soo happy... i can't really give any details but... be happy
Soo apperantly i have a flaw at the back of one of my mollars on the left side... and there is a crevis where bacteria piles up... and there is nothing i can do about it... not brush nor floss
which sucks cuz i go to get it kinda filled on tuesday...
Well life is going good soo i have no Angsty things to talk about.
God is being good in my life right now what can i say... other than friends not having the best days which effects me... i can't complain...
But if i could pray one thing over blog... haha that sounds blasphemish
I would pray that all my friends would be happy and rejoice for what Gods given them... and forget about what he has taken away.
